Payments, postage, returns etc.
Payment and Shipping :
Payments on the site are processed by Paypal, which offers a secure way to pay by credit card online.
If you would rather pay by cheque, please email us with your order, instead of using the shopping cart. When paying by cheque goods will be sent when the cheque has cleared (usually 5 working days)
We can ship worldwide but please contact us first to arrange shipping charges.
Your order will be sent by first class post, or airmail if you live outside the UK.
We aim to despatch within three working days (stock permitting).
Postage rates within the UK:
Upto £9.99 £2.50
£10.00-£24.99 £3.50
£25.00 - £74.99 £4.50
£75.00 - £149.99 £5.50
£150.00 and over free
Returns:
We are happy to accept returns of any item, if you aren't completely satisfied.
All we ask is that you return your item, unused, within 3 days of delivery.
We will then issue you refund (excluding the cost of postage).
Colours:
Please note that as is the case with all hand dyed fabrics and threads there can be variation from batch to batch. The colours are as close as we can get them within the limits of the computer screen capability.
