As part of the contract made when booking a workshop:

Requirements list will be sent out prior to workshop.

Maximum number of students is 16.

Students to supply own materials. A small charge maybe made per person for specialist materials, this is always noted in advance

Tutor will provide specialised materials for students to buy on the day.

Group to supply an iron and board if possible.
 
Ideally the room should be large enough for the students to move around, for an ironing board and for two tables to be set for the tutor - one for display and one for teaching.
 
Overnight accommodation (if required) should be provided in a Travelodge / Holiday Inn Express or similar establishment or an allowance made.
 
30 days cancellation notice - if less than 30 days a cancellation fee of £50 will apply
